Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City.

City Council recessed into closed session and heard item out of agenda orde r.
City Council recessed to closed session item 4B (Conference with Labor
Negotiator) at 6 :02 p.m . Mayor Pro Tem Chavez recused himself from the
discussion of this item due to potential confl ict of interest.

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in closed session to receive a
briefing from City Attorney on Closed Session Item 4A. City Council gave
direction to City Attorney .
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in closed session to receive a
briefing from special counsel and staff on Closed Session Item 48. City Council
gave direction to staff.
There is no other reportable action .

The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :26p.m.
