personal income and population, except as otherwiae provided for
in said ~rticle YIIIB and implementinq State statutes; and,

Director of Finance ia accozdance vith the provisioas of Article
YIIIS and Covernmeat Code Section 7900, •t aeq.; and,

has determiaed the said appropriation limit aad, purauaat to
Sectioa 7910 of said Califozaia Goverament Code, baa wde avail-
able to tLe public the documentation used in the determinatioa of
said appropriation limit;
