MEETING OF JANUARY 14,2015
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Pub li c Safety
Commiss ion (Commission) actions from the ir meeting of January 14 , 2015 .
BACKGROUND:
On January 14 , 2015 the Comm ission held t heir regularly scheduled meeting .
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the January 14, 2015 meeting :
1. ROLL CALL :
Present: Commission e r -Clift, Haddad , Nimri , Chairman Redmond
Absent: Commissioner -None
Excused : Commissioner-Vice -Chairman Stratis
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Commission approved the minutes oftheir December 10 , 2014 meeting .
3 . PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission he ld ten hearings in person ; upheld six citations and dismissed
City Council
February 3, 2015

four citations .
The Commission held one hearing requested by written declaration and upheld the
citation .
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and fi le this report .
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2014-15 City Budget.
