RESOLUTION NO. 90-113 ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR 1988-1990
AND RESOLUT20N NO. 88-132 REGARDING SPECIAL
COMPENSATION FOR BUSINESS LICENSE AND ANIMAL
LICENSE SUPERVISOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
adopted Resolution 88-132 to adjust the compensation for Susiness
License Supervisor and Animal License supervisor effective
July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1990; and
WHEREAS, in preparing resolution 88-132 an error was
made in calculating the bi-weekly compensation for Animal
License Supervisor and Business License Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has thoroughly
reviewed all facets of this issue; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Human Resources
Director that it is in the best interest of the City to correct
this matter in the manner prescribed in Section 1 below.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doese hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend Resolution No. 88-132 to approve
Special Assignment Compensation for Animal License Supervisor
and Business License Supervisor effective July 1, 1988 as
follows:
Section 2. That this policy is effective immediately
' upon adoption.

BUSINESS LICENSE SUPERVISOR
254.81 Bi-weekly to 303.59
