The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Wednesday,
September 15, 1971 at 8:15 P. M.

Discussion with George Gubbins regarding all aspects of legal fees and other
matters, ezpecially two ordinances.
Moved by Robert Franklin to adopt the ordinance with respect to time limits
for parking.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
Moved by Thomas Stevens to adopt the amendment to the liquor license ordinance
1000.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried.
Moved by Thomas Stevens to pay George Gubbins bill for legal services.
Seconded by Robert Franklin
