A Special Meeting was held by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret on October 14,1997, 7:00 P.M, Council Office, Borough
Hall, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
The following were noted present:
Mayor Peter J. Sica
Councilmemmber Bialowarczuk
" Dupont
" Failace
" Fazekas
" Feingold
" Gutowski
Also noted present was Borough Attorney Craig Coughlin.
Mailed to The Home News & Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted
on the bulletin board on October 10, 1997.
Police personnel interviews and any other business that may come
up before the Council.
RESOLUTION #97-317 was introduced by the Mayor and referred
to the Council for action.
Upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers Failace and Bialowarczuk
RESOLUTION #97-317
"RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION"
was adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers
Bialowarczuk, DuPont, Failace, Fazekas Feingold and Gutowski
voted in the affirmative
At approximately 7:05 pm, a Closed Session was held.

At approximately 8:49 p.m., Councilmembers Gutowski an Fazekas
and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) Councilmembers
present this meeting was opened to the public
At approximately 8:50 p.rn. Councilmember Gutowski made a motion
to adjourn the meeting and Councilmember Fazekas second his
motion, so after no further discussion this meeting was adjourned.
