Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:50 p.m . in the
Council Chambe rs located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City .

PRESENT: Councilmember-Sternquist, Vizcarra , Yu , Chavez , Blum
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook , City Clerk Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS -None
4 . CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed to closed session item 4A at 6 :51 p.m . Mayor Pro Tern
Chavez recused him se lf from the discussion of closed session item 4A (Conference
with Labor Negotia tor) due to potential conflict of in terest.

City Counci l reco nv ened at 7 :14p.m . with all Councilmembers present.
City Manager Cook reported that City Council met in closed session to receive an
update from staff and recessed the meeting to reconvene after the City Council
Specia l Meeting scheduled for 7 :00p.m .( i.e ., Mid-Y~ar and 5 Year Forecast).
City Council recessed to Closed Session at 8:57 p .m. Mayor Pro Tern Chavez
recused h imself from the discussio n of closed session item 4A.
City Council reconvened at 9:21 p.m . with all Cou nci lmembers present.
City Manager Cook reported that City Council received additional update from
staff and there are no other reportable actions .
