A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUDICIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT
TO BE SURPLUS AND DIRECT~NG THE SALE THEREOF
~ WHEREAS, certain equipment owned by the City has
become worn and obselete; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
sell such equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as
follows:
Section 1. Unit 321, a 1967 Crown Fire Enqine is
found and determined to be surplus.
Section 2. The City Manager and the Director of
Puslic Safety are directed to cause the sale of said surplus
equipment.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
