A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO COVER PROPOSED
PERSONNEL CHANGES IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE
CONID7UNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE AND THE
RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, during the budget process, Council was informed that
staff would be requesting additional appropriations to
accommodate reorganization of certain departments in the City;
WHEREAS, the reorganization analysis has been completed; and
WHEREAS, certain other staff adjustments and reorganization
has been previously approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, appropriations for FY 1990-91 did not include funds
to cover the reorganization efforts; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby finds and determines
that additional funds to cover staff reorganization shall be
appropriated as follows:

Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the appropriation as specified in the staff
report attached hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full
force and effect.
