RESOLUTION NO. 90-134
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTAORIZING AN AUTO ALLOWANCE FOR
CERTAIN MANAGERS"

WHEREAS, the duties of the position of certain managers
requires extensive use of a personal vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the City should compensate these managers for
their expenses.
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager, Community
Development Director and Public Works Director are currently
receiving an automobile allowance at $200 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doese hereby find, order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That these managers who are required
to use their automobiles extensively shall be provided an
automobile allowance of $300 per month.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to
make determinations as to whether any other managers should
receive an automobile allowance.
Section 3. That the rate of $300 per month shall be
effective August 1, 1990.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7th day of
