Mayor Blum called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLLCALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu (arrived at 6:07
p.m.}, Chavez, Blum
ABSENT: Councilmember-None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Clerk Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS -None
4. CLOSED SESSION
City Manager Cook informed City Council that there will not be a report or update
from staff for Closed Session Item 4B (Conference with Labor Negotiator).
City Council recessed to Closed Session items 4A and 4C at 6:01 p.m.

City Council reconvened at 7:19p.m. with all Councilmembers present.
Mayor Blum reported that City Council met in closed session regarding Item 4A
(City Manager Evaluation). No reportable action.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in closed session regarding Item
4C to receive an update from City Manager Cook and City Attorney Vail.
There are no other reportable actions.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
