A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP AND MINOR SITE PLAN REVIEW TO LOT SPLIT AND CONSTRUCT TWO SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES The Commission approved a request for a lot split at 6050 Hart Avenue. The lot split required the approval of a minor site plan review for the construction of two new single-family homes and a tentative parcel map to subdivide the lot. The lot is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and designated Low Density Residential by the General Plan. B. MAJOR SITE PLAN REVIEW AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF NINE DETACHED DWELLING UNITS The Commission approved a request to develop nine detached residential condominium dwellings. The site is 146 feet wide and 233 feet deep with a total land area of approximately 34,039 square feet. The site is zoned R-2, and designated Medium Density Residential by the City's General Plan. 4. UPDATE FROM THE PLANNING MANAGER Planning Manager Reimers stated that modifications to wireless communications facilities that do not reflect a substantial modification to the original application will be handled administratively, and that future requests that compromise the stealth, height, or if the proposed additional antenna are not consistent with the conditions of approval will continue to be reviewed by the Commission. He also announced the departure of Management Analyst Sun and Vice-Chairman Curran. 8. ADJOURNMENT The Commission meeting was adjourned at 8:17p.m. CONCLUSION: The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
