Leesburg Milling and Paving Work Scheduled
June 15 through June 26, 2015
Leesburg, VA (June 11, 2015) – As part of the Town’s annual street resurfacing program, the
following road segments are scheduled for milling and paving work beginning on Monday, June
15, 2015:
Battlefield Parkway NE, eastbound lanes from Plaza Street to the Bypass
Milling: Monday, June 15th
Paving: Wednesday, June 17th
Cherry Lane NE
Milling: Tuesday, June 16th
Paving: Thursday, June 18th
Cardinal Park Drive SE
Milling: Wednesday, June 17th
Paving: Friday, June 19th
Bradfield Drive SW
Milling: Thursday, June 18th
Paving: Monday, June 22nd
Woodlea Drive SW
Milling: Friday, June 19th
Paving: Tuesday, June 23rd
Oak View Drive SE
Milling: Tuesday, June 23rd
Paving: Thursday, June 25th
Work hours will be from 7:00am to 7:00pm. During milling and paving operations, crews will
close one lane of the street at a time, so motorists should expect delays. In addition, no on -
street parking will be allowed during the scheduled milling and paving operations.
The schedule above is subject to inclement weather delays. Milling and paving must be done
under dry conditions. Any changes to the above schedule will be advertised via notices to the
Town’s website (www.leesburgva.gov), message boards and/or flyer handouts delivered to
