A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

ATLANTIC AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT,

WHEREAS, the Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Praject No.
5-5103, is shar.n'- under the Capital Improvement Project list for
fiscal year 1990-91; and

contract to Excel Paving CompanY of Long Beach for $794,
and ed the
WHEREAS, the relocation of andlities which delay
start of the work is now complete;
WHEREAS, by modifying the original design of the project,
the cost of reconstructing Atlantic Avenue from B60°000 d Avenue
to Abbott Road will be reduced by approximately S
WHEREAS, the $60,000 in saving=ove PendletonSAvenue~andf

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:

, to issue a contract change order reducing the cost of the
Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project, Phase II (Project
No. 5-5103) by $60,000.
