A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF ELEVEN
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($11,800) FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND BALANCE FOR THE
' PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF DIVING BOARDS AT
THE NATATORIUM
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing the best
facilities and services to their citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Diving Boards at the Natatorium are in need of
replacement; and
WHEREAS, staff has submitted cost estimates for the
replacement; and
wHEREAS, City Council at a special meeting held Auqust 30,
1990, approved expenditures for this item; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized
to make the following appropriations:
