A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO COVER
OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES AND C I P COSTS AT END OF FISCAL
YEAR 1989-90
' WHEREAS, purchase orders were issued and invoices had
not been received for yoods and services prior to year-end; and
WHEREAS, certain fund transfers are needed to cover
the carry over of expenditures (transfers-out) and funding
(transfer-in) for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for fiscal
Yesr 1990-91; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropriate funds to
cover outstandinq encumbrances and CIP carry over costs for
Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby find,
order and proclaim as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his desiynee is
authorized to make the following appropriations:
