Board Members: Mike, Maria, Judy, Debbie, Cathy, Carson

Mike called the meeting to order and the minutes from the March 28 meeting were approved.
Architects from Sottile & Sottile were introduced and made a presentation on the new building plan.
The planning sessions will take place June 28-30 at the Shriner’s Club.
Maria will mail 3000 save the dates/information cards to residents and other interested parties.
Cathy suggested that the draft invitation be changed to reflect the dates/times when the public is welcome and the remaining dates/times will be by invitation only. Maria will make
the changes prior to going to print.
Debbie asked Sottile to indicate which times during the planning sessions were most important for Board Members to be present. Sotille indicated that the 28th from4-6, the 29th from
406 and the 30th from 4-6, and potentially the working lunches as well would be the most important; however Board Members can stop by at any time throughout the three days.
Mike asked for clarification with regard to the initial 5,000 square footage – if it is decided to add to that later on will the process have to be started over? Answer: No, the ability
to add on will exist.
Rusty asked if Sottile has looked at building directly in front of the Fort? As he owns the property the possibility exists of using the area that contains fallen sections of concrete
potentially for an entrance.
Meeting was adjourned. Next Board Meeting is July 25.
