A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE REHABILITATION
OF SEWER MAIN LINE PROJECT, PROJECT 5-5135,
AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on June 1, 1993, City Council awarded a
purchase contract to Insituform Southwest, Inc. for the
Rehabilitation of Sewer Main Line Project, Project 5-5135; and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 12, 1993 and was
completed on October 7, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$67,940.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Rehabilitation of Sewer Main Line project, Project 5-5135, as
being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
