"ayor Vahlsing called a special meeting of the Council
Councilmen- Kruse, Haack, LuwP, Okones and. Albert
Geerdes present.
Councilman Geerdes havein� been sworn in by the rR ycr.
took the oath of office and was declared Councilman.
rleetinp, called. for purpose of considering the purchase, and
hearing a report from the purchasing committee.
After hearing the report regarding the Mpintainer
matter, It was moved. by Kruse second by Luwe , that the
Street �'aintainer be purchased from the Miller-Sonstiouclloit�o'
of Des ^Roines, for the sum of $403.50 delivered- in Wellsburg.
Motion Carried.
There being no further business council adjourned., on motion
by Luwe second by Geerdes.

Council met at call of the Mayor, for the purpose of sitting
as a Board of Review.
Mayor Vahlsing presiding, councilmen u^ack- Kruse, Luwe
Okones and Geerdes present.
Assessor Ross was present, and told the Council he had
been instructed to calla this meeting, for the purpose, that
the council assist him at this time ^nC place valuations on
Property for Assessment to be taken this year.
The Board instructec' the Assessor to use his best judp-emen.t
in Assessing; Re�71 Estate, and be Povernecl by the 1941.
Valuations.
There being no other business it was moved to adjourn
