A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT
TO DOUG MARTIN CONTRACTING CO. IN THE AMOUNT
OF $45,045.00 FOR THE SLURRY SEAL PROJECT,
PROJECT N0. 5-5163, FY 1993-94
WHEREAS, the Slurry Seal Project, Project No. 5-5163,
is scheduled for completion during fiscal year 1993-1994, and is
funded by Gas Tax; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on October 7, 1993
and Doug Martin Contracting Co. was the apparent lowest bidder at
$45,045.00; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
company has the necessary experience.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the
Project, Project No. 5-5163,
Contracting Co. for their low
Section 2. That the
