7:15 P. M. on Tuesday, September 16, 1969 at the Medina Ballroom.

All the members of the Council were there together
with the engineers, Mr. Mills and Mr. Mann, and the
attorney, Mr. Gubbins.
Wayne Neddermeyer set forth the rates per foot and also the connection charges.
William Mills explained the method of assessing and went over the whole
assessment list as to footage and connections.
The following people asked questions and brought out discussion - Lloyd Woods,
Bill Denial, Dennis Butz, Mr. Poppler, Ray Anderson of the Motel, Howard
Guest, Joe Raskob, Don ayykhoff, Mr. Edholms and Julius Dorweiler.
Moved by Arthur Theis to recess for ten minutes.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
The meeting continued at 10:25 and the following people were interviewed:
Mrs. Don Laurant, Mrs. Archie Dayon, Don Des Lauriers and Fidel Theis.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to adjourn the meeting to Thursday, September 18th
at 6:30 P. M.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
At 12:40 A. M. the meeting adjourned to Thursday at 6:30 P. M.
