RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SCOTT COUNTY ASSESSOR TO COMBINE
PARCELS #842303302 AND #842303301--21
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, parcels #842303302 and #842303301--21, located entirely within the City's limits, are owned
by Mark L. Brenny; and,
WHEREAS, Mark L. Brenny has requested that the Scott County Assessor combine the parcels for tax
purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met to discuss the request on May 17, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission thoroughly reviewed the request and recommends
Council approve the request.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The Scott County Assessor is hereby authorized to combine parcels #842303302 and
#842303301--21.
