You are hereby notified of the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. This meeting is to be held Thursday October 31, 2019
at 7:30 a.m. in the Board Room at the Housing Authority Office 1040 Myrtle Jefferson City, Missouri.
Attendance may be in person or by telephone conference call.
There will also be an Executive Session to deal with matters of real estate, personnel and litigation
pursuant to Section 610.021(1), (2), (3) and (8) RSMo, and other matters pursuant to the applicable
provisions of Chapter 610, of the Missouri Revised Statutes, commonly referred to as the "Sunshine
Law".

I, Cynthia Quetsch, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Secretary of the Housing Authority of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I caused the above and foregoing NOTICE
dated October 29, 2019, to be delivered to each and every Commissioner of the Housing Authority
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, serving them with Notice of the Regular Meeting in the manner
provided in the by-laws and have complied with applicable provisions of the Missouri Revised
Statutes, Title XXXIX, Chapter 610, commonly referred to as the "Sunshine Law".
