RESOLUTION N0.93-140
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 12-1.2 F OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WITH RESPECT TO FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION AND DEFINITIONS
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has determined
that this Amendment is exempt from the provision of the State CEQA
Guidelines; and
y WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood considered
If all pertinent testimony offered at the public hearing; and
¢ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines as
follows:
A. The proposed amendment will be consistent with the
objectives and the development policies of the City of
Lynwood.
B. The proposed amendment will not unreasonably constrain the
use of property by landowners and developers.
C. The proposed amendment will not adversely affect the General
Plan.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this~l6th day of November, 1993.
