RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY HALL PARKING
LOTS RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO PROCEED
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City's parking lots are currently in a substandard state of disrepair and are in need of
reconstruction; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services has agreed to manage certain portions of the City Hall Parking
Lots Reconstruction project; and,
WHEREAS, City Council wishes to proceed with the City Hall Parking Lots Reconstruction project; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for the project is #301-210-6499 Capital Improvement Contract
Services.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Hall Parking Lots Reconstruction project is hereby approved to proceed.
