Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 5:45. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes The Board exited Executive Session at 6:45. Ms. Eyestone moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m. Mr. Hayes seconded, and it passed 2-0. Respectfully submitted, David H.
