A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB IS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property
listed below and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at the
present time, it has no use whatsoever for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB
CITY THAT:
1. The following described property is hereby declared as
surplus:
A. Podium with microphone stand
B. Cash register
C. Assorted, mannequins (2 female full -body, 4 female
tops, 1 male top, & 1 child full)
D. Pepsi display rack
E. 8 glass display cabinets with associated shelving
2. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City Council this 29th day of June ,
A.D., 1995.
