PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: May 16, 2023 TIME: 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: A public hearing was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with open meeting
laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. Welcome
1.1 Call to order - The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Mayor Heddlesten.
1.2 Roll call - Council members present: Adams, DCamp, Jurgena. Absent: Halsey, Littrel. Also
present: Clerk Krell and Engineer Cooper.
1.3 Agenda approval - Motion by Adams, seconded by Jurgena, to approve the agenda. All ayes.

1.4 Open public hearing - Motion by Adams, seconded by Jurgena, to open the public hearing.
2. Presentation of Project Information - Engineer Cooper presented information about the City Hall
Parking Lots Reconstruction project.
3. Discussion - Engineer Cooper answered questions from Council, Mayor, and staff. No members of the
public were present.
4. Adjournment - Motion to adjourn by Adams, seconded by Jurgena. All ayes. MC. The public hearing
was formally adjourned at 5:14 p.m.
