PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: May 2, 2023 TIME: 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: A special meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance
with open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Mayor Heddlesten.
1.2 ROLL CALL - Council Members present: Adams, DCamp, Halsey, Jurgena. Absent: Littrel. Also
present: City Administrator Consultant Hinson (via video conference), Clerk Krell, representatives
from RSM US LLP, and other residents and visitors.
2. FORENSIC AUDIT PRESENTATION
RSM US LLP presented their forensic accounting findings related to the City's TIF and general
funds. Questions from both council and members of the public were entertained.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn by Adams, seconded by Jurgena. All ayes. MC. The special meeting of the City Council
was formally adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
