Robert Listberger of Bergersen-Caswell explained their patented method of jet cleaning and stated that they would not treat well without removing pump. If unable to develop they may ask that well be abandoned and a new well drilled. Jeff Lavik of Layne Minnesota explained their procedure, similar to Bergersen-Caswell and their cost of $1850, not to exceed $2200. Engineer Lyle Swanson, stated that both were reputable companies and although they use slightly differend methods the basics are relatively the same.
