A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SLURRY SEAL
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5163, FY 1992-93,
AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on October 19, 1993, the City Council approved
Resolution No 93-130, awarding a contract to Doug Martin
Contracting Co. Inc. for the Slurry Seal Project, Project
5-5163; and
WHEREAS, the project started on November 23, 1993 and
was completed on December 2, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$47,180.25; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Slurry Seal Project, Project 5-5163, FY 1993-94, as being
complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
