1. Vote to approve minutes of December 14, 2016 meeting.
2. Presentation and discussion with Irene Larivee, Finance Director, about CPC financial
procedures, account balances, and revenue projections.
3. Discussion and potential vote on revenue assumptions for FY 2018 and discussion of drafting
Annual Town Meeting warrant article. j
4. Acceptance of$600,000 community housing funding request from Preservation of Affordable
Housing and Housing Assistance Corporation for the 30 unit family rental development and vote
to refer request to the Housing Sub-Committee for its review and recommendation.
5. Report on status of housing consultant and of possible housing coordinator.
6. Review and discussion of draft CPC 2016 Annual Report.
7. Items that the Chair could not have reasonably anticipated.
8. Schedule next meeting.
