"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informingyou that the Town rill be videotaping and/or audio taping this

1. Discussion and potential vote regarding funding request of up to $39,600 from the Town of
Brewster to hire a Part-Time Housing Administrator.
2. Review of draft award letters for Brewster Woods, Governor Prence Residences and
Bikeways Committee
3. Review and discussion on the draft CPC articles for the May Town Meeting. j
4. Discussion and vote on professional services request from Open Space Committee.
