"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informingyou that the Town will be videotaping and/or audio taping this
public meeting. In addition, ifanyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform

1 . Review of results of Town Meeting CPC articles .
2 . Treasurer's report.
3 . Status of buy-down award and possible vote to change the award from a grant to a 0% loan .
4. Review of membership list and expiring terms .
5 . Updates on open projects.
6 . Approval of minutes of April 12, 2017 CPC meeting.
7 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
8 . Next meeting: Wednesday, June 14, 2017 @ 4:30 p . m . @ Town Hall .
