As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the
Chairman prior to the meeting.

Public Hearings
Request for Determinations of Applicability
Michael and Marilyn Stevens request determinations as to whether the work—access to, excavation and repair of an existing
well,and the area-are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw. Property is on 14 Captain
Connolly Road,Assessors' Map 19, Parcel 31 (formerly 51159).
Diane Stoffel requests determinations as to whether the work—raising the roof line, replacing windows and siding to a
structure,etc.,and the area-are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw. Property is on 50
