Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior to the meeting. Public Hearings Requests for Determinations of Applicability James P. King, Highland Property Owners' Association, requests determinations as to whether the work— removal of six trees,grading, pavement removal and construction of a curb and retaining walls at a paved boat launch, and the area -are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw.
