public that this meeting will be video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the

Public Hearings
Request for Determinations of Applicability
Donald T. Poole and Dawn Sternlieb request determinations as to whether the area- buffer zone to inland
wetlands (approximately sixty feet), and the work-construction of a fourteen by twenty-foot shed on a concrete
slab foundation -are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw. Property is on 46
Main Street, Assessors' Map 6, Parcel 10 (formerly 21143).
Notices of Intent
(Continued Hearing) Annmarie D. Galli requests a variance from the Brewster Wetlands Protection Bylaw to
construct an approximate 28 foot long,4 foot wide seasonal dock connected to an existing 12+foot long ramp, in
the waters of Long Pond. Property is on 323 Hamilton Cartway, Assessors' Map 81, Parcel 2 (formerly 47183-3).

(Continued Hearing) Ocean Edge Resort LTD Partnership requests to amend Order of Conditions SE 9-1701 to
apply beach nourishment on coastal resource areas and relocate landward a sand drift fence and beach access
ramp - 'off 2907 Main Street, Assessors Map 90, Parcel 160 and others (formerly 1411-49 and others)

(Continued Hearing) New Venture Holdings proposes to construct an office building, parking area and paved
access drive, install underground utilities and create rain gardens to accommodate stormwater runoff. Work will

Jonathan P. and Susan N. Rice... propose "after-the-fact", a variance from the Brewster Wetlands Protection
Bylaw to mitigate for prior cutting of woody vegetation within 50 feet of coastal resource areas, and to continue
