Poole and Dawn Sternlieb request determinations as to whether the area- buffer zone to inland wetlands (approximately sixty feet), and the work-construction of a fourteen by twenty-foot shed on a concrete slab foundation -are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw.
