I am in receipt of Respondent's Motion For Reconsideration or Alternatively, Motion For Re-
Hearing As to Order of Special Magistrate Dated May 14, 2013. No response was filed by the
Town.
As previously stated on the record at the fine assessment hearing on May 14, 2013, the Town
does not have a procedure to allow for Motions for Reconsideration or Motions for Sanctions
relating to the March 21, 2013 violation hearing. For that reason, the motions previously filed
were dismissed.
Similarly, the current Motion for Reconsideration is hereby dismissed for the same reasons.
