A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY •
OF TEMPLE CITY VACATING THE ALLEY NORTH OF LAS
TUNAS DRIVE, SOUTH OF ELM AVENUE, RUNNING BE-
TWEEN ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD AND SULTANA AVENUE,
IN SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple City
does hereby vacate the alley north of Las Tunas Drive, south of
Elm Avenue, running between Rosemead Boulevard and Sultana Avenue
described as follows:
That certain alley (20 feet wide) adjoining lots
4 to 10 on the north and lots 11 to 20 on the
south, as shown and dedicated on the Map of Tract
No. 11213, in the City of Temple City, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map re-
corded in book 225, pp. 46 and 47 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, lying
between the southerly prolongation of the westerly
line of Lot 4 and the southerly prolongation of the
easterly boundary of Lot 10.
A map or plan. indicating by boundary lines the extent of the
property included in the vacation is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk and reference is hereby made to said map or plan for a
further full and complete description. of all property comprising
the aforesaid alley vacated as declared herein.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple City does
hereby vacate the said alley under the provisions of Part 3,
Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California.
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Temple City does
hereby reserve and except from the vacation a permanent easement
over and under that portion of said alley adjacent to lots 8 through
13 of said tract 11213 for sanitary sewer purposes and all uses
appurtenant thereto.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1983

adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 4th day of October, 1983,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmembers- Atkins, Tyrell,- Gillanders
NOES: Councilmembers- None
ABSENT: Councilmembers- Dennis, Swain
