The Council of the Village of Medina met in special meeting, a continuation of
the Public Hearing of September 16th, on September 18th, 1969 at 7:55 P. M.

All members present.
It was agreed upon by all Council members that the Don Dykhoff, Plat 60060,14.
Parcel 589, units on water and sewer remain at two connections until the
apartment is vacated.
The Ted Hoffman property, Plat 60060 Parcel 4100, keep th units of one each
until the building is demolished or condemned.
Harold Winterhalter moved that future connections on property without present
building on it now be allowed only if both sewer and water •connections are
requested and that they be assessed immediately against the property and that
as a guideline no more connections be given than would be allowed by dividing
the sewer and water footage assessment by $2000.00; the vaguest should be
submitted to the Council in w±iting.
Seconded by Rayburd Anderson
Motion carried.
Rayburn Anderson moved that the unit connections for the Ray Anderson Motel
be assessed for four units instead of the eight units.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter Winterhalter to adjourn this meeting until
September 23, 1969 at the Village Hall at 8:00 P. M.

Letters from Archie Dayon, C. O. Dorweiler and Howard Guest were read.
Mr. Schieffer discussed the Don Laurent situation.
Went over and checked out the special assessments.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we certify to the Auditor the assessments as
corrected for the sewer and water project, that this be effective as of
September 23, 1969 for interest.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.

Moved by Rayburn Anderson to adjourn the meeting.
