This was a joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen to appoint a new member of the Board of Health. '
Meeting was called to order at 7:04PM.
Mrs.Graczewski introduced herself and went over her background.
Dr.Chaffee asked for more information on Mrs.Graczewski's background. Mrs. Graczewski stated that she has been working as a
Health Agent for the Town of Dennis since 2015. Prior to this position she worked in the insurance industry,where she worked on
health insurance claims, preparing them for trial. She also holds a degree in medical technology and is a paralegal. She stated that
she has no conflicts with the meeting nights for the Board of Health.
Mr.Gallagher stated that he does work with Mrs. Graczewski at the Town of Dennis and has found her to be very professional.
Motion:Appoint Annette Graczewski to the Board of Health until the May 2017 election.
