AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
COLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an agreement with the County of Cole for the cost share of two SQL Servers for
the Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF COLE AND
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
FORA GIS SQL SERVER
THIS Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), executed the date last executed by a party as
indicated below by and between the County of Cole ("County") and the City of Jefferson ("City").
1. Purpose. The purpose of this MOU is to provide a framework to proceed in a partnership
whereby the County and City shall share a GIS SQL server with SHI International Corporation
("SHI").
2. Cost Share. The County agrees to pay the City fifty percent (50%) of the total charged to
the City by SHI under the Contract for Professional Services entered into between the City
and SHI, as set forth below:

3. Term. The term of this agreement shall be one year (1) from commencing on the first day
of the term of the Contract for Professional Services between the City and SHI.
4. Amendments. All amendments to this MOU shall be in writing by mutual agreement to
the parties, and no oral amendments shall be in force or effect whatever.
5. Notices, Consents And Approvals. If any notice is required in the course of this
partnership, such notice or payment shall be deemed to have been given if enclosed in an
envelope with sufficient postage attached to insure delivery, and deposited in the United
States mail, addressed to:
