Wednesday January 18th, 2017
Called to order at 6:06 pm
Present:Vanessa Greene, Lisa Forhan, Stephen Seaver,Sarah Robinson, Cynthia Bingham, Ralph
Marotti, Diane Pansire
1. Draft Housing Production Plan—we reviewed the strategies on pages 55-56.After discussion, we
agreed that the top priority was supporting the hiring of a housing coordinator. Sarah and Ralph will visit
the Provincetown Housing Coordinator to get her insights and job description. Cynthia will talk with ?
Mike. Ralph will talk with Paul Ruchinskas.
2. CPC Updates—CPC is reviewing two projects: Brewster Woods (Housing Authority), and the
Governor Prence project at the old Tee Time property in Eastham which will have a local preference and
request$200,000. Paul Ruchinskas has to recuse himself because he is on the Board of the CDP so they
asked for a BHP Member to assist. Voted for Ralph to be the Housing Sub-Committee Liaison. 6-yes 0-no
0-abstain
3. Sarah submitted the Town Report to Collette
4. CDP support letter—BHP Voted in favor of providing Community Development Partnership with
a letter of support for a grant request they are working on to the Cape and Islands United Way to
support our proposed Community Housing Partnership Initiative. Diane will provide. 6-yes 0-no 0-
abstain
5. Vanessa has not been sworn in. She will talk with the Town Clerk.
6. Next meeting will be on February 15t'at 6pm.
