RESOLUTION APPOINTING PAUL DCAMP TO
THE SEWER/UTILITIES REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City has established a Sewer/Utility Review Committee via Ordinance Chapter 96: Sewer/
Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 96 stipulates one (1) member of the Committee shall be a Council member, who
serves as the ex -officio Chair of the Committee, for a renewable term of three years; and,
WHEREAS, Paul DCamp, a Council member, has volunteered to serve as the ex -officio Council appointee;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor wishes to appoint Paul DCamp to the Sewer/Utility Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Paul DCarnp is appointed as the ex -officio Council representative to the Sewer/Utility
Review Committee for a three-year term beginning 06/27/2023 and ending 12/31/2025.
