1. Approved 2.15.17 Minutes
2. Ryan Bennett,the new Town Planner for Brewster, introduced herself. Ryan previously worked
in the Town of Chatham and Cape Cod Commission. I
3. The Housing Coordinator position is a town position, CPC will fund it one time, no benefits.
4. Housing Production Plan is not completed.Judy said she just needed maps to complete the
report.Also,she is in a job transition. Lisa will contact Judy.
5. Discussion on Affordable Accessory Dwelling Units(AADU)
a. Ryan's issues: remove caregiver, 'note 13', Apartment shall have voluntary deed
restriction.
b. Discussed whether Brewster should scrap its AADU by-law and start fresh based on
Wellfleet's.
c. Building codes layer on top of the zoning laws.
d. If a by-law amendment is the preferred course of action, it would be good for BHP to
spearhead the effort(with the new Housing Coordinator, or with Ryan's or Victor's '.

7. Home Consortium is March 16th. Jillian will send Vanessa contact info so Vanessa can get
involved in the Home Consortium.
