HomeMy Public PortalAbout017-2001 - Rezoning - 1828 E MainORDINANCE NO. 17 - 2001 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 1828 EAST MAIN STREET, RICHMOND, INDIANA WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes the property at 1828 East Main Street R-3 One TO Eight Family Residence District; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to the Special Use District to allow a Bed & Breakfast establishment, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana as follows: the zoning designation of the property commonly known as 1828 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, and more particularly described as 34½ feet off the east end of Lot 6 ` Fetta and Kehlenbrink Addition is hereby changed to a Special Use District for a Bed and Breakfast establishment.
