The motion passed unanimously. Approval of Minutes Ms. Jones moved and Mr. Bemboom seconded to approve the minutes from the September 10, 2019 Regular Meeting and the September 25, 2019 Special Meeting as printed. The motion passed unanimously. Communication Received Ms. Stratman stated that no communications have been received. New Business A. Section 106 Review – 814 Washington Street Homeowner has been approved to participate in the CDBG Minor Home Repair program. The proposed project consists of the installation of an ADA compliant ramp from the front porch to the street level, including ramp for door jamb and any necessary landings and handrails. Reattach down spouts to prevent erosion and or foundation issues. The residential structure was constructed in 1925 and is not listed individually on the register or within a historic district. Staff recommends approval of Section 106 Review as not historic properties are affected. Ms. Jones moved and Mr. Bemboom seconded to approve the Section 106 Review. Motion passed unanimously. 2 Other Business A. Dangerous Building Determinations Ms. Stratman stated that the properties located at 701 Jackson; 210 Marshall; 508 E. Dunklin and 514-516 E. Capitol Avenue have been determined as dangerous by the Building Official. These properties were impacted by the May 22, 2019 EF-3 tornado. B. Online Training Discussion Members had a brief discussion about the National Park Service Online Training – Working on the Past in Local Historic Districts. The general consensus was that the training has been very helpful and are looking forward to the next module. Dates to Remember A. Next Regular Meeting Date, November 12, 2019 Adjournment Mr. Wheat moved and Ms. Lucero seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:12 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
