AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL
WHEREAS, there is a need for removal of an underground storage tank at the
Municipal Garage; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for removal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for removal of an underground storage tank at the Municipal Garage.
Adopted this 16th day of March, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on March 17, 2000.
