A RfiSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THfi CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO RUIZ SNGINBBRING
COMPANY IN THfi AMOUNT OF $91,808 FOR THE STRSST
IMPROYSMSNT PROJSCT - OLANDA STRBST - THORSON AVSNUB
TO CITY LIMITS FOR FY 1986-87
WHBRSAS, On February 17, 1987, the City Council authorized
staff to advertise for bids for the Street Improvement Project; and
WHBRSAS, the bid opening waa held on March 19, 1987, and
Ruiz Engineering Company was the low bidder; and
WHBRBAS, a reference check has revealed that the
contractor has a good reputation and the nece~sary experience in the
street construction.
NOW, THfiRfiFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doea hereby find, proclaim, order and reaolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the Street
Improvement Project be awarded to Ruiz Sngineering Company.
Section 3. This resolution ahell go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
