A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROPRIATING TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500)
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A FEDERAL
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET A-87 COST ALLOCATION PLAN
DEVELOPED
WHEREAS, the City has recently received a report from
Management Services Institute (MSI) entitled "Cost Control Study
for the City of Lynwood," which outlined overhead costs; and
WHEREAS, certain changes are required from that report's
computations of overhead in order to be approved by the Federal
government as a cost allocation plan; and
WHEREAS, MSI can make the required changes and produce
the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized the following additional appropriations:

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
